-Early in Covid-19 lockdown, we conceived a crowdsourced music video. Danze Danze was created in the spring of 2020. We asked friends and colleagues from around the United States to send us videos of themselves dancing to the song in their quarantine habitats. Danze Danze is a visual experiment, this time invoking a sense of digital community, and the connections that are made when we join together in moving our butts around. We play with animation, found footage, text, and audience expectations, demonstrating and building the creativity of our community.
